IN 1919, WHEN KAREL CHODURA WAS RUNNING A RENOWNED BUTCHER SHOP IN OSTRAVA, HE HAD NO IDEA THAT IN MORE THAN 100 YEARS THE NAME CHODURA WOULD BE A BRAND ASSOCIATED WITH PREMIUM HAMS AND SAUSAGE SPECIALITIES AND A SYMBOL OF QUALITY ORIGINALLY FROM THE ONE AND ONLY BESKYDY MOUNTAINS.

In the heart of the Beskydy Mountains, far from the busy life and smog of the urban areas, we proudly produce sausages based on our family recipes.
